What is it?

a

Who is it for?

Service businesses in Thailand that take appointments: massage and spa, nail salons, barbers and hair, fitness studios, Muay Thai gyms, clinics, tattoo studios. The number that matters is 100 bookings a month — roughly three or four a day. A quieter shop will use Toosabai happily and never earn you anything, so aim at places that are visibly busy: several staff on rotation, a full schedule, a queue at peak hours. Shops currently booking through LINE chat, Instagram DMs or a paper diary are the best fit, because they feel the problem every day. Owner-run single locations decide fastest. Toosabai works in Thai and English, so you can sell in either. If your Thai is limited, expat-owned shops in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket and Samui are the easiest way in.

Why would they buy?

Most shops run bookings through LINE. The owner answers messages between customers, double-books by accident, and loses money to no-shows nobody followed up on. Staff don't know their own schedule until someone tells them. Toosabai replaces that with one link they paste into LINE, Facebook, Instagram or their Google listing. Customers book themselves — no account, no app. Confirmations, reminders and review requests send automatically. The whole team sees one calendar. Why it's an easy yes: no credit card, about 20 minutes to set up, and nothing to cancel. The first 100 bookings each month are free and the counter resets on the 1st, so a shop only ever pays ฿399 in a month it was genuinely busy. By the time they pay, they've already seen it work.

How to start

1. Copy your referral code from your Issara dashboard

2. Build a list of 20 busy shops — massage, nails, barber, fitness, Muay Thai. Google Maps is the fastest filter: lots of recent reviews means real booking volume

3. Check how they take bookings now. "DM to book" or "call to book" on their Instagram or Google listing means they're a fit

4. Go in person where you can. Ask how they handle bookings and what goes wrong — let them describe the problem before you offer anything

5. Set it up with them on the spot. It takes 20 minutes, needs no card, and your referral code has to go in at signup

6. Then do the part that actually pays you: make sure the link gets used. Before you leave, help them paste it into their LINE profile, Instagram bio and Google listing. A shop that signs up but keeps booking over chat will never reach 100

7. Check back after two weeks. If bookings are flowing through the link, a busy shop crosses 100 on its own — that's the month you get paid
